Pursuant to the said LEB memorandum, Sales Law will not anymore taught as a separate subject but will become part and parcel of Obligations and Contracts, the latter subject having been increased in the number of units. This made the author firm in her resolve to create a compact yet comprehensive reviewer which can ensure that students are able to cover all salient topics on sales law despite the full effectivity of the new curriculum.
