The K to 12 curriculum gives emphasis to the discovery and enhancement of practical knowledge, the ones needed in the actual daily living. This is apparent upon looking at the topics and learning competencies of the new curriculum, which is anchored on the 21st century learners. Making entrepreneurship is a part of the the different components in the Technology and Livelihood Education subjects is indeed a wise decision for it will help students realize that they are being trained to become producers rather than just simple consumers.
