N2  - "On June 30, 2021, the Legal Education Board released LEB Memorandum Order No. 24 24, series of 2021 which provided for a revised model curriculum for the basic law program. Pursuant to the said LEB memorandum, Sales Law will not anymore taught as a separate subject but will become part and parcel of Obligations and Contracts, the latter subject having been increased in the number of units.
